Pursuant to the order dated January 02, 2017 Master Jivin Prasad and Master Rian Prasad have been produced in Court. We have interacted with the children in the chamber. The children met their father very warmly. Notwithstanding the allegations and counter-allegations inter-se the couple, we are of the opinion that father's access to the children should be of a kind where the children bond with their father.

Concededly the school in which the children are studying is closed for winter vacation till January 15, 2017. The first day of the next session would be January 16, 2017.

Accordingly we dispose of the appeal directing that interim custody of the two children would be entrusted to the appellant by the respondent at 10 A.M. on Saturday January 07, 2017. The children would spend the night with their father and custody would be returned to the mother at 6 P.M. on January 08, 2017.
