Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that another petition for quashing of FIR, in view of the settlement, would be filed in due course.

He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of FIR. Leave and liberty granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
