% 30.12.2016 Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.12.2016 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal (North West District), (Under Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007) Kanjhawala, Delhi whereby the Presiding Officer had directed the petitioner herein to vacate the presmises in question within 15 days i.e. from 15.12.2016. Mr. R. S. Kundu, the learned ASC submits that the Appellate Tribunal is functional this week and the petitioner may be given some time to seek appropriate remedy as provided by law and they would not take action till then. At this stage, Mr. Vikram Jit Saini, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal.
In view of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate authority on or before 16th January, 2017. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master. SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL, J DECEMBER 30, 2016/gr
