This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 11th May, 2017 in RCT No.30356/2016 of the Rent Control Tribunal, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi] of dismissal of appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 3rd February, 2016 of the Additional Rent Controller-2, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi of dismissal of the application of the petitioner under Section 45(3) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958. 4.

After full hearing, the counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and states he will file the appropriate application for the relief of restoration of essential amenities in the civil suit also pending between the parties. 5.
