% 23.10.2017 Petitioners are father-in-law, brother-in-law, mother-in-law and sisterin-law of respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 3 is husband of respondent no.2. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in court and have been identified by SI Dinesh Chander of Police Station Keshav Puram. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners in Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Court, Delhi on 23rd May, 2017 of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She says that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement. Petitioners

have paid `3.5 lacs to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in Court, vide a demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that entire settled amount stands paid with this payment and they have no objection if FIR is quashed.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the relatives before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.125/2013 under Section 354-A IPC registered at police station Keshav Puram and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
