BAIL APPLN. 1620/2017 This is the second application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.510/2016, under Sections 406/420 read with Section 34 IPC registered at Police Station-Hauz Khas. The first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2017. I do not find it a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage. Consequently the present bail application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
