% 19.04.2017 On 28th February, 2017, this Court had noted that while it is the case of the petitioner that its officer Ms.Temsunaro Jamir, Deputy Commissioner had been forcibly evicted from flat no.B-10, INA Colony, New Delhi by the Airport Director, Safdarjung Airport, the case of the respondent was that flat in question had been vacated on 31st October, 2015 by the then Superintendent of Central Excise and since then the same had been in possession of the respondent. Since the dispute was between two different departments of Union of India and the flat was lying unutilised, this Court directed the Secretary (Revenue), Ministry of Finance to convene a meeting to be attended by the Secretary, Civil Aviation and the Chairman,

Airport Authority of India.

Today learned counsel for the parties have handed over a photocopy of minutes of meeting held under the chairmanship of the Revenue Secretary on 07th April, 2017. The same is taken on record. It is pertinent to mention that in the said meeting, it was agreed that possession of quarter no.B-10 shall be restored to Central Excise & Customs Department and the seal put up by the Airport Authority will be removed immediately.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent states that the seal on quarter no.B-10 shall be removed during the course of day. In view of the aforesaid statement, which is accepted by this Court, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. Order dasti under the signature of Court Master.
