% 03.01.2017 The petitioner has preferred the present bail application to seek interim bail for a period of three weeks. The reason given by the petitioner is that he has undergone surgery in both his palms for treatment of Carpal tunnel syndrome.
The status report tendered in Court on the last date is accompanied by a medical certificate dated 29.12.2016, which shows that the petitioner is better and able to perform activities of daily living. He has been advised rest till 03.01.2017, i.e. till today, and he does not require any further rest and can follow up at any Government hospital.
In view of the aforesaid position, no further extension of interim bail
granted to the petitioner is called for. The petitioner is directed to surrender latest by tomorrow before the Jail Superintendent. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J JANUARY 03, 2017 B.S. Rohella
