% 24.03.2017 Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the prime grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are being singled out and similarly situated persons are allowed to carry out their business activities, "-f He submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the Commissioner or an Officer not less than the rank of Joint Commissioner is authorised to grant one personal hearing to the petitioners to enable them to vent their grievances. Learned counsel for the respondent/SDMC without admitting any of the averments made in the writ petition and without prejudice to her rights and contentions, submits that SDMC would have no objection to such a request being allowed. Accordingly, we direct the Commissioner to himself or to nominate an officer not less the rank of Joint Commissioner to grant one personal hearing to the representatives of the petitioner which By:AMULYA
IS would not exceed more than three members within a period of 15 days from today and thereafter dispose of the representations filed at pages 124 and 131 of the writ petitmn. The time and date for the hearing shall be communicated through counsel for the petitioner. With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
