Ltd. - the original writ petitioner and the appellant/Corporation have agreed upon the arrangement which would end their disputes including the subject matter of the present appeal. Learned counsel submits that the proposal would in all likelihood be finalized and accepted. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal and at the same time keep the questions of law open. Liberty granted.
