% 14.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 15th July, 2016. Therefore, FIR No.288/2013 under Sections 354/509 IPC registered at Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court today and has been identified by SI Satish Bhati, Police Station Kalkaji.

She says that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.288/2013 under Sections 354/509 IPC registered at Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are

quashed.
