% 21.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR No.568/2007 under Sections 380/406/420/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Defence Colony on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 were known to each other as petitioner no. 1 was the employee of respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Amit Mann, P.S. Defence Colony. Respondent no. 2 admits having received the entire settled

amount from the petitioners. Respondent no. 2 further submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.568/2007 under Sections 380/406/420/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Defence Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
