% 18.12.2017 The petitioners leased out their respective commercial spaces in DLF Jasola Towers, New Delhi vide registered lease agreement; however the respondent defaulted in making the payment of charges to the petitioner and for utility services and on 02.07.2016 handed over the keys of premises to the petitioner but did not clear the above said amount, hence, this petition under Section 11 the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of the arbitration as the registered lease deed contains an arbitration clause. Both the learned counsels submit they have no objection, if the matter is referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre

(DIAC), Delhi High Court for appointment of an arbitrator. Accordingly, both the parties to appear before the Additional Coordinator, DIAC on 21.12.2017 at 02.00PM for directions. An empanelled arbitrator be appointed by the centre and the arbitration shall take place under the aegis of DIAC, including fee. In terms of above both the petitions stand disposed of.
