Pursuant to order dated 22.11.2018, 05.12.2018 and 20.12.2018 fresh compliance report has been filed which indicates that in supersession of Circular No. 13/2018, a proposed Circular enclosed as Annexure-A is to be issued which would reduce the time for verification of surety and bail bond within the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi to a period not later than three working days and in case surety and bail bond fall beyond the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi, to a period not later than 7 working days. Compliance report is taken on record.

I am satisfied that the time line given for verification in the proposed Circular is reasonable. It is expected that the proposed Circular will be issued as soon as possible and duly complied with by the concerned. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are called for. 4.
