% 11.01.2019 On a perusal of the impugned order which indicates that the respondents do not dispute the application filed by the petitioner seeking an amendment in the pleadings coupled with the observations in the impugned order that the plaintiffs through the application are in fact seeking declaration of Bhumidhari Rights, which as per the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, the Civil Court would be barred from so declaring, it is considered essential that the copy of the written statement of the defendants be placed on record, which be so placed on record by the petitioner.
