The counsel for the plaintiffs states that the plaintiffs have been unable to arrange for the requisite court fees and since the plaintiffs have not paid the requisite court fees, the plaint be rejected. 3.

The plaint is rejected.

However if the plaintiffs institute any fresh suit on the same subject matter, the plaintiffs to, along therewith, file copies of order dated 31st October, 2018 and this order.
