% 09.11.2017 The parties have entered into a settlement.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque for a sum of Rs.12,95,928/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Haridwar to the learned counsel for the petitioner. This amount has been tendered to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all the disputes between the parties. Mr.Ajay Gopal Sharma, AR of the respondent company, who is present in person in court assures this court that the cheque shall be duly honoured when presented by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition and take steps

as per law in the eventuality, the cheque presented today is returned unpaid. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
