By way of this application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking extension of interim bail in case FIR No. 276/2017, under Sections 307/34 IPC & 27/30 of Arms Act, registered at PS Seelampur, Delhi for a period of three weeks on the ground of critical post surgery medical condition of his minor son.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed as per which child is admitted due to epileptic seizure and after admission and medication there is no repeat seizure.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case and medical condition of the son of the Appellant, which fact has been duly verified by BAIL APPLN. 1613/2017

the State, I find it to be a fit case to extend the period of interim bail granted to the appellant upto 21st August, 2017 on the same terms & conditions as mentioned in order dated 10th August, 2017. The Appellant is directed to surrender before the Jail Authorities on 21st August, 2017 by 5.00 p.m. 4.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
