This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 15th November, 2018.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff withdraws this suit with liberty to apply afresh after approaching the Land & Development Office (L&DO) /Competent Authority under the Delhi Apartment Ownership Act, 1986 in terms of O.S. Bajpai Vs. The Administrator (Lt. Governor of Delhi) (2012) 197 DLT 138 (DB) and if fails to get any relief.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to sue again on the same cause of action.
