% 23.01.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents states that an order for refund has been passed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a wrong order, contrary to the facts on record, has been passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no mismatch between the purchases shown by the petitioner and the sales made. However, learned counsel for the respondents disputes the said contention. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. We clarify that we have not comments on merits.
