% 25.04.2018 Counsel for the petitioner states that order of refund has been passed but refund has not been paid. He also states that interest has been denied without passing a speaking order. Counsel for the respondents accepts that speaking order denying interest has not been passed.

Refund amount as per the order passed would be paid within two weeks. A speaking order on the question of interest would be passed within three weeks. If interest is payable in terms of the said order, the same would be paid within two weeks from the date of passing the said order. If aggrieved, by order denying interest, the petitioner will be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law. The respondents along with refund amount would pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as costs.

The writ petition is disposed of.
