CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 03.10.2018 The petitioner seeks parole to attend his ailing wife who has suffered a heart attack and has been advised coronary angiography. The documents from the concerned hospital dated 17.09.2018 are annexed with the petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that there is exigency in the case and the parole earlier granted cannot be a ground for denial of parole to attend to his ailing wife who is more than 70 years of age and his married daughter is otherwise engaged and pre-occupied with her family life and would not be able to give as much psychological support to the petitoner's wife, as much the petitioner.

The petitioner's application for grant of parole is pending before the State since 29.09.2018. The learned counsel for State submits that the matter shall be looked into.

In view of the above, let an order be passed on the application on or before 05.10.2018.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms.

The order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of Court Master.
