W.P.(C) 10535/2018 The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenged a notice issued by the Court Receiver dated September 18, 2018 as Annexure P-4, whereby the possession of the property is proposed to be taken over on October 04, 2018 at 02.00 P.M.

We are informed that the petitioners have already invoked the territorial jurisdiction of the DRT-I, Delhi under Section 17 of the

SARFAESI Act and the same is coming up for consideration before the same on October 09, 2018.

Granting liberty to the petitioners to ventilate all his grievances including tenability of the notice dated September 18, 2018 (Annexure P-4) before the said Tribunal on October 09, 2018, we dispose of this petition with the directions that status quo be maintained qua property bearing No.S1/A-29, Block-E (Rajasthan Gali), Village Mundka, Mangal Bazar Road, Khasra No.78/13/2, Swaran Park Extn., Mundka, New Delhi-110041, till October 09, 2018 or till DRT-I, Delhi adjudicate the proceedings pending before it.
