% 23.03.2016 RP No.144/2016 & CM No.10925/2016 This is a petition for review of the order dated 9.2.2016, accompanied by an application seeking condonation of delay of 5 days in filing the review application.

We have gone through the review petition/application, but do not find any ground to review the order dated 9.2.2016. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay. Consequently, the application seeking condonation of delay and the review application will be treated as dismissed.
