O R D E R

% 13.12.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide its order dated 24th November, 2017 passed in Arb. P. No.689/2017 has already appointed an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties. She submits that the present petition may be treated as a petition under Section 17 of the Act before the Arbitrator. Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. In view of the above, I direct that the present petition would be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a copy of the same before the Arbitrator. The said application shall be considered by the Arbitrator in accordance with law and uninfluenced by any observation that may have been made in any of the previous orders of this Court. Interim order dated 1st September, 2017 passed by this Court shall continue till the first date of sitting before the Arbitrator, whereafter it will be open to the Arbitrator to vacate/modify/extend
