The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Issue notice of the application to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology through its Secretary, CGO Complex, New Delhi directing them to clarify their stand with respect to the disbursement of the claim of the petitioner b) Direct the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to disburse the subsidy of Rs.269,70,00,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Sixty Nine Crores and Seventy Lacs Only) which is due to the petitioner without any further delay." 2.

It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner was entitled to a subsidy of ₹2,69,70,00,000/-. However, the petitioner's claim for subsidy has not been disbursed.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that he has

instructions that the petitioner's claim for disbursement of the subsidy is not being acceded to. In this view, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to communicate its decision alongwith the reasons for not disbursing the subsidy as claimed by the petitioner. The respondent shall do so within a period of one week from today. 4.

In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner would be at liberty to institute such proceedings as may be advised. VIBHU BAKHRU, J DECEMBER 14, 2018 MK
