% 23.01.2019 Crl. M.A. 1573/2019 (For impleadment) Application is allowed and Pawan Sharma, Mahender Kumar, Vijay Singh and Manoj Mittal are impleaded as petitioner nos. 2 to 5. Affidavits of petitioner nos. 2 to 5 are on record. Amended memo of parties annexed with the application is taken on record.

Application is disposed of.

Crl. M.C. 5121/2019 Mr. Aditya Mishra, Sr. Officer Legal of respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Yadram Yadav of police station Moti Nagar. He submits that he is Authorised Representative of respondent no.2. He has placed on record certified copy of Board Resolution, which has been

taken on record.

He further submits that matter has indeed been settled between petitioners and respondent no.2 and respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No. 1019/2015 under Sections 408/120B IPC registered at police station Moti Nagar and the consequent proceedings are quashed. Affidavit of Mr. Aditya Mishra is also on record to this effect. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Crl. M.A. 33727/2018 (Stay) Disposed of as infructuous.
