CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN SINGH
O R D E R
% 04.02.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for substitution of the Arbitral Tribunal as well as for appointment of a new Arbitral Tribunal. No one appears on behalf of the respondents when the matter is taken up.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. After small hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in case the respondent No.1 is asked to commence the formation of Arbitral Tribunal as per the contract within a short time, his client will not press the present petition.
In view of the above, respondent No.1 is directed to commence the arbitration process within four weeks from today, in order to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
The present petition is accordingly disposed of.
