% 10.01.2020 W.P.(C) 10679/2018, CM APPL. 30525/2019 (for release of amount) Mr. Singh, ld. counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 & 2 submits that 95% of the liability attributable to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi was remitted to the respondent no. 3 - School. Mr. B.K. Gupta, Manager of the respondent no. 3 who appears in person on his part submits that the entire arrears of ACP/MACP due and payable to the petitioner have been released. Mr. Chaudhary, ld. counsel for the petitioner on his part submits that the entire actual dues towards ACP/MACP have not been released as yet. In his submissions there is deficiency. For any deficiency, the petitioner may take up the subject with the Director of Education by making a detailed
