% 08.10.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the petitioner is allowed to make a representation stating that the Notice Inviting Tender should not specify or refer to a 'trade-name or trademark'. He also states that the petitioner would approach the court by way of a fresh writ petition in case the respondents inspite of the representation of the petitioner, invite tenders specifying 'trade-name or trademark'. We take the statement on record and the writ petition is disposed of without making any comment on merits. We clarify that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the respondent by way

of a representation and if aggrieved by a fresh Notice Inviting Tender, he may file a writ petition. Without commenting on merits, this liberty and prayer is granted. In view of the above order, CM Nos. 41864-41866/2018 are disposed of as infructuous. A copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
