% 16.10.2018 After some arguments, counsel for petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a Representation to Lieutenant Governor of Delhi to the effect that the subject land stood urbanized way back on 4th June, 2010 and so, order of 24th June, 2010 cannot be implemented. It is submitted that petitioners are protected under the NCT of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2014.
