By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file Special Leave Petition and maintain social ties and also challenges the communication dated 28th August, 2018 whereby his application for parole was rejected by the Government of NCT of Delhi. 2.
A status report has been placed on record as per which the address of the cousin sister of the petitioner where the petitioner seeks to reside during the period of parole has been verified. Further as per the nominal roll, the petitioner is in continuous incarceration since 11th September, 2017. 3.
