% 05.10.2018 Issue notice. Mr. Piyush Singhal, the learned counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of the State.

This petition seeks modification of the furlough condition for furnishing two sureties for an amount of Rs. 10,000/-. The petitioner seeks alteration of the same to one surety. The petitioner has earlier been granted parole by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi vide order dated 31.05.2018, which had imposed a condition of personal bond of Rs.4,000/- with a surety of the like amount and the petitioner was released on parole and had surrendered before the Jail Authorities within time. In other words, he has not misused the liberty granted to him. In view of the above, the petitioner shall furnish a personal bond and one surety of like amount in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- in lieu of two sureties

of Rs. 10,000/-. The furlough condition stands modified accordingly. The petition is allowed and disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J OCTOBER 05, 2018 RW
