% 19.11.2018 Crl.M.A. 47460/2018 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.A. 47459/2018 By this application the petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that he has to still perform certain essential ceremonies and rites of his deceased father.

On a query put by this Court as to what ceremony remains, no cogent answer has been given. The death of the father of the petitioner took place on 17th September, 2018 and thus Chalisa ceremony would have also been performed by now. This Court finds no ground to extend the parole. Application is dismissed.
