% 13.11.2018 Mr. Katyal, the learned counsel for the State submits that the charges have been framed and the prosecution's evidence is scheduled to be recorded on 07.12.2018. It is a matter of record that the entire proceedings till this stage have happened without the petitioner being arrested. The learned counsel for the petitioner assures the Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every date when the case is so fixed and that he shall also furnish a personal bond to this effect before the Trial Court on the next date so fixed before it. Let it be so done. However, acceptance of the bond by the Trial Court would be on such terms as it may deem appropriate.
In the circumstance, the interim order dated 04.10.2018 stands confirmed, except for the terms of the personal bond to be furnished by the petitioner.
The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
