% 25.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, a complaint (Annexure P-7 colly) was made on 2nd August, 2018. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to this complaint.

Respondents were duly represented on the last date of hearing, but today there is no appearance on their behalf. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition and applications are disposed of with direction to first respondent to decide petitioner's complaint (Annexure P-7 colly) of 2nd August, 2018 within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.
