% 06.04.2018 CM No.13088/2018 (by the petitioner for extension of time to make compliance of the order dated 07.03.2018) 1.

Vide order dated 07.03.2018, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition was disposed of by quashing and setting aside the order dated 31.05.2017, passed in O.A. No.1944/2017, and further directing the petitioner to pass a speaking order on the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Officer, after considering the respondent‟s representation, within four weeks, reckoned from the date of passing of the said order. 2.

Now, the present application has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that the matter has been placed before the Lt.Governor, GNCTD for passing appropriate orders and it shall take another four weeks to do so. W.P.(C) 7807/2017

Notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and states that he does not wish to file reply to the application. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the time granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 07.03.2018, to pass a speaking order on the representation submitted by the respondent, is extended by four weeks. As and when such an order is passed, the same shall be duly communicated to the respondent. 5.

The application is disposed of.
