The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the contract in question has already been terminated. 4.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the letter of termination has not been served on the petitioner. 5.
The learned counsel for the respondents further states that if it is not served, the same would be communicated to the petitioner during the course of the day.

In view of the statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail all alternate remedies. 7.
The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. The pending application stands disposed of.
