O R D E R

% 02.11.2018 The Nominal Roll of the petitioner has been handed over by the learned counsel for the State. It shows that the petitioner has been incarcerated for more than 5 years, 3 months and 20 days as of 01.11.2018. Her conduct is stated to be satisfactory since inception of her incarceration. She has earlier been released on parole from 23.05.2018 to 21.06.2018 and has not misused the liberty. She seeks to attend to the marriage of her niece, which is scheduled on 19.11.2018 as well as to some functions prior to and thereafter. The scheduling of the marriage and the petitioner's address has been verified by the police.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of her release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned, subject to the following conditions:-

(1) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, concerned Police Station Prasad Nagar, Delhi, once a week, on every Tuesday during the period of parole.

(2) She shall furnish her telephone number to the SHO concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times. (3) She shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi. (4) The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed-off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties. Additionally, a copy be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned through the police.
