% 08.03.2019 The challenge in this petition is to impugned order of 5th September, 2018 vide which petitioner has been put on trial for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of IPC.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State informs that evidence of the victim has been recorded and the victim has supported the prosecution case.
