The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant-insurance company. At joint request, the application is taken up for disposal. This application seeks release of amounts deposited by the insurer in terms of the order dated 31.10.2018.

Since the appeal has been dismissed vide this Court's order dated 09.07.2019, all interim orders too stand vacated. Therefore, the monies ought to be released to the beneficiary of the Award in terms of the scheme of disbursement specified therein.

Let it be so done.
