CORAM:

O R D E R
% 05.10.2018 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioners admits that the petitioners have already complied with the impugned order dated 06.10.2017, passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.3515/2017 and subsequently taken a decision on 18.12.2017, duly communicated to the respondent. 2.
That being the position, in our view the present petition is not maintainable.
3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the rights of the petitioners to take appropriate legal recourse in the event any coercive orders are passed against them in the contempt petition filed by the respondent which is pending consideration before the Tribunal. 4.
Leave as prayed for is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J OCTOBER 05, 2018/sr REKHA PALLI, J
