By this petition, petitioner seeks parole for a period of two months to find a match for her elder daughter and that the death anniversary of the father of the petitioner is fixed for 13th October, 2018 and thus her presence at the time of performing the pooja is necessary. 2.

Nominal roll has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the nominal roll three weeks parole has been granted to the petitioner by Government of NCT of Delhi which the petitioner has not availed till date. 3.

Petitioner would be thus entitled to avail the said parole. This Court finds no ground to further grant parole to the petitioner. 4.

Petition is dismissed.
