The petitioners/DSSSB have filed the present petition against a common order dated 15.11.2017, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal directing them to consider the selection, or otherwise, of the respondents in the connected O.As. and other similarly placed candidates for the post of Staff Nurse (Post Code 77/09, Advertisement No. 004/09) by treating them as 'SC' candidates on the basis of their merit position under the 'SC' category and take an appropriate decision by passing a reasoned order under communication to all concerned, within a period of three months.

On a perusal of the paper book, it transpires that the petitioners have already passed an order dated 18.9.2018, in compliance of the impugned W.P.(C) 10623/2018

order. That being the position, we do not see how the present petition would be maintainable. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of along with the pending applications.
