% 15.09.2017 Parties have settled their matter and have entered into an MOU dated 13.09.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the MOU has been filed. It does not appear to be on record. A copy of the same has been filed in court. The Registry may scan the same and take it on record.
In terms of Clause 5 of the MOU, the learned counsel for the respondents has today handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner 15 post dated cheques of Rs.1 lakh each and one cheque of Rs.8 lakhs dated 14.09.2017. Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes that the cheques would be honoured on presentation by the bankers. Binding the parties to the said settlement, the present petition stands disposed of. All interim orders stand vacated.
