Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the complainant has not come to the Court today and the matter may be taken up in the month of March, 2019. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition on the basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Accordingly, in view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
