% 30.11.2018 In terms of the previous order dated 01.11.2018, a Demand Draft bearing No. 132278 dated 22.11.2018 of Rs. 4 lacs drawn on State Bank of India, Main Branch-Agra, has been handed over on behalf of respondent no. 2 to the petitioner through her counsel. It is stated to be in order. In effect, as per the Memorandum of Understanding, Rs. 10 lacs have been paid to respondent no. 2.
The petitioner seeks other actions against respondent no. 2. He submits that Rs. 4 lacs was to be payable within 15 days of the grant of divorce. He submits that the inordinate delay in making the said payment should be put to some costs. This issue shall be open to the petitioner to
agitate at the time when the respondent's application for quashing of FIR is taken up i.e. in CRL. M.C. 2233/2018.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for any other relief at this stage.
The petition stands disposed-off.
