% 08.10.2018 Respondent no.2- Paramjeet Khanna is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Vijay Pal of police station North Avenue. She says that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 25th September, 2018 he has no objection in case FIR No.13/2018 under sections 354A/509/34 IPC registered at police station North Avenue, which is at investigation stage, is quashed against the petitioners.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
