% 18.12.2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner has joined the investigation of the case. There is nothing to indicate that the deposit of amount of Rs. 14 lacs by the petitioner was made as was submitted on 28.08.2017 qua which an application seeking extension of time, i.e., CRL.M.A. 15254/2017 was also filed. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant on the date 06.12.2017 nor has anyone appeared today. Thus, CRL.M.A. 15254/2017 is declined and the BAIL.APPLN. 1705/2017 is also dismissed for non-prosecution.
