The counsel for the petitioner stated that the present petition was filed as per the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2010 and thereafter, TCCCPR, 2018 came into operation after amendment. It was further stated that the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so that he can file an appropriate petition as per TCCCPR, 2018.
